India post: is a government-operated postal system in India under the Department of Posts, which is part of the Ministry of Communications of the Government of India. Generally called "the post office" in India, it is the most widely distributed postal system in the world.

If you wanna use "India post", about "India post saving account scheme", "sending a letter" or any other services u can call at this no:1800 266 6868 or visit the nearest "India post" office. 

And the interesting thing is if u  hold an account with the post office, your all the money is safe but if u hold an account with any bank in India your money is not safe after 5lakes rupees ( Budget 2020 ).
